Owners Corporation Department Manager
Kaye James has worked in Owners Corporation Management for over 20 years. First started working alongside her father-in-law in his successful Body Corporate management business that had a portfolio of over 200 properties covering a wide expanse of the metropolitan area. Kaye joined Rosier Real Estate in 2002 to set up and run a specialized division of Owners Corporation Management.
The Rosier business is now solely focusing on Owners Corporation Management, having sold the Rental and Sales department to Methven Professionals. The continuing management of this division will grow with Kaye managing residential, commercial and shopping center properties in her portfolio supported by the professional Rosier Owner Corporation team. Kaye is a member of the SCA Strata Community of Australia and attends regular seminars at both the institute and REIV to extend her knowledge of Body Corporate legislation.
